Heroes’ Day Banned Anime Gets New PV, Theme Song Artists, Premieres October 6th
The Official Zappon and Yasumo Anime Adaptation Twitter Account Banned from Heroes’ Party (Shin no Nakama janai to Yūsha no Party o Oidasareta node, Henkyō from Slow Life Suru Koto ni Shimashita) The light novel series has revealed a new promotional video, theme song artists, additional cast, and October 6 premiere date.
The anime was previously scheduled to air in July, but was postponed to October due to “various circumstances”.
The anime’s new cast members include Aya Uchida as Theodora, Kenta Miyake as Danan, and Rie Kugimiya as Tise. Other cast members include Kōhei Amasaki as Albert, Masahiro Yamanaka as Gonz, Sora Tokui as Nao, Takeru Mishina as Mido, Yū Serizawa as Tanta, Ryōta Suzuki as Red, Kanon Takao as Rit, Naomi Ōzora as Ruty, Sora Amamiya as Yarandrala, and Taku Yashiro as Ares.
The anime’s staff includes Makoto Hoshino (DamePri Anime Caravan, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will) as director, Megumi Shimizu (My Next Life as a Villainess: All Roads Lead to Death!) as screenwriter, and Ruriko Watanabe (KutsuDaru) character creator. Animation production will be by Wolfsbane and Studio Flad. Yui Nishio will perform the opening theme song “Ikiwosuu Koko de suu Ikiteku” and group JYOCHO will perform the ending theme song “All the Same”.
Yen Press publishes the light novels in English and describes the story as follows:
